Collecting such information can be challenging, especially when working in applied contexts where the demands of the situation can throw up roadblocks to the application of rigorous research methods. Being able to manage the real-life demands and still acquire valuable data is what investigators at the Center for Professional Studies (CFPS) are skilled at doing. Our team of investigators are experienced in conducting applied research protocols in a wide array of situations and have been successful in guiding our clients in making the right choices for their organizations. The Center offers a wide array of services and we can tailor our resources to address your particular concerns.

Types of projects we can help with:

• The assessment of individuals, whether job applicants or current employees, in terms of their personality motivations and assess their suitability for specific positions
• Assessment and consultative services for clinicians who wish to gather clinically-relevant information, either in regards to specific individuals or as part of a larger clinical outcome evaluation
• Program evaluations and need assessments for organizations interested in better understanding the impact of their services and/or wishing to find new ways of improving existing processes or products
• Support for developing and writing grant applications and logistical support for the implementation and analysis of project data
• Training services tailored to improve the clinical and technical skills of employees, including personality assessment, couples assessments, statistical analyses and methodological processes, and assistance with CEU acquisition
